February 20 & 21, 7 PM – The Archive by Neta Pulvermacher

Don’t miss the return of Neta Pulvermacher to Gainesville with her powerful one-woman show, The Archive.

Set in a space with a table, three chairs, and an old violin, Pulvermacher constructs a moving exploration of memory, history, and family. Through storytelling, dance, and song, she pieces together her German-Jewish family’s fragmented narratives while examining the gradual disappearance of memory.

This multi-layered performance premiered in Frankfurt, Germany, and Israel before its upcoming appearance at Black C Art. Pulvermacher, a former University of Florida faculty member, will also present The Archive in New York at the Leo Baeck Institute in 2025.

Join us for this thought-provoking journey into the intersection of past and present.
